This design not only inherits all the advantages of the 5000 HD Series but also surpasses the HD spec in cooling benefits. Characterized by their robust heat-treated cast iron construction, these replacement rings stand firm against intense use, offering a braking solution that excels in challenging conditions. The advanced metallurgy employed not only bolsters strength but also elevates thermal stability, establishing a dependable defense against brake fade even during the most demanding driving scenarios. DBA’s 5000 Series direct replacement rotors are offered in two options: complete assemblies, where the hat and rings are bolted together for straightforward replacement, or as individual replacement parts, allowing for the replacement of hats or rings as needed. The option to replace only the cast iron rotor rings, while keeping their previously used aluminium hats is not only cost effective for those that are hard on brakes, but it allows for easy replacement of DBA hats or rings. We recommend that aluminium hats should always be thoroughly inspected for damage and wear when only replacing the 5000 Series rings, along with the use of DBA spec bolts and nuts. When tightening the NAS nut and bolt assembly a 13 Nm or 9.6 ft lb of torque is recommended.

DBA 5000 Series XD replacement ring that is generally used as a replacement for drivers that own DBA 5000 Series XD 2-piece rotors.

Specifications:

More Information

UPC/EAN Code

9316391470874

Manufacturer

DBA

Bolt Circle Diameter mm

92,07

Bolt Hole Quantity

5,00

Disc Diameter (mm)

356

Disc Finish

Cross Drilled

Disc Height (mm)

49,50

Hub Hole Diameter (mm)

62

Disc Side

Left/Right

Disc Size

356x28mm

Max Thickness

28

Min Thickness

26

Disc Vane Style

Kangaroo Paw

Disc Type

Vented

Disc Quality

Premium

Material

Cast Iron

Package Contents

1x Brake Disc

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0923/8111/8839/files/d7b878f1ceea8819b8d2c8b890483d4e48859001_5000_XD_RING_UNI__1.jpg?v=1792173554
